At first, I had my doubts. I had purchased a vehicle through them from one of their partner locations and when i went in to see when my car would arrive, it had already been sold by the partner dealership to someone else. Sounds stressful (and it was) but the sales team went right back to work find another vehicle in my price range and matched me with one pretty quickly. I really like this new car (2018 Nissan Kicks). So we did the paperwork, they gave me a better price than listing and i was sent on my way. First day driving it, we found an issue with the AC when the car stayed at idle for about 10 minutes. I took the car back into them. Their policy is within the first 30 days, they will comp 50% of the repair cost to any issues found in that time. I sent my car in for the repairs and went to pick it up today. To my surprise (and delight) they covered the entire cost of the repair. I'm very impressed with this dealership after having sub par (putting it lightly) experiences with other dealerships in the past. Highly recommend checking them out if looking for a new/used car!
